Following the end of each month, we calculate the revenue earned by your system for grid services. We aim to transfer any payment due to you on or just after the 15th of the month.
We will use the bank details held for you but you can amend these via our app - just select "update bank details" in the Profile section.
Due to banking and administration costs, we may operate a payment threshold. If your payment is below this, no payment will be made until your credit exceeds the threshold. Our current payment threshold is £1.00.
