Can't log in? - If you cannot log into your app please make sure you are using the email address you registered with us originally. If you would like this changed or you are still having issues please contact us on support@levelise.com where we will do our best to get you back online.
All my stats show as 0 - If you have had an email from us or if your system stats are showing as 0 your app then it is more than likely your internet connection has dropped out. There are some steps you can follow to try and get yourself reconnected here
Still on old version of the app - If your app looks different to the one that is shown on all or our articles you may be on an old version of our app. If you do not have automatic updates set up on your device then you may have to go to the app store and update manually.
