I have no live monitoring stats?
If you have had an email from us or if your system stats are blank on our app then it is likely your hub is not connected to the internet. There are some steps you can follow to try and get yourself reconnected here.
Check you are on the latest version
Go to your app store and search for Levelise. If there is an update available, you will be able to install it here.
