Why can't I log in?
If it's the first time you are logging into the Levelise version of the app, you will need to reset your password. Please see the question below for why this is. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at support@levelise.com.
Why do I need to reset my password?
Your password was stored as an encrypted file. This file can only be opened by you when attempting to log in. When we updated the app from Social Energy to Levelise, the encrypted file could not be transferred. This is to ensure the security and safety of your password. You are able to use the same password if you prefer but you will need to go through the reset password process in order to have your original password.

Why hasn’t my app updated?
Depending on your phone/tablet and settings you may have changed, apps may not auto-update. To manually update your app, please follow the instructions below.
Android
Open the Google Play Store.
In the upper-right corner, tap your profile photo.
Tap Manage apps & device.
In the Updates available section, select See details.
Locate the Levelise app and select Update.
iOS
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
Locate the Levelise app and select Update.
Why can't I find the app on my device?
As we have updated the Social Energy app, the icon on your mobile or tablet will have changed to the Levelise icon which looks like this:
Where can I get the app from?
If you have an Android phone/tablet go onto the Play store and search Levelise.
If you have an Apple iPhone/iPad go to the App store and search Levelise.
