If you would like to delete your account, this will end our agreement with you and you will lose all future benefits.
You will also lose access to any data analytics from your system available via the Levelise app.
If you have an issue with your account or are unhappy with your service, please contact us so that we can work with you to find a solution.
To delete your account, please go the Profile section in our app and select "Delete account". Alternatively, let us know by filling in this form.
Once you submit the request, one of our energy experts will be in touch to discuss your account deletion and what this means for you.
Once complete, your account will be deleted within 3 working days and cannot be reversed.
