You are eligible to receive credits after 90 days of signing up to our Grid Services.
You then start earning and receive payments from us once a month, if your battery participated in these services. Below are some reasons why you might not have had a payment this month.
If your earnings are below £3 we will roll over the credit to the next month or when the credits surpasses that amount.
It is entirely normal for the credits to be low during the summer as we restrict the amount of time that you are on standby to balance the grid - this means you can make the most of the energy you are generating.
You may also want to check the app to make sure your system is connected to the internet. Without a stable internet connection, Levelise is not able to optimise the battery meaning we can't pay you any credits for your battery behaviour.
