Dashboard
When you log into the app you will go straight to the dashboard. This section shows you all the information in regards to your system including stats on your battery system, your credits and your energy consumption.
Your flexibility earnings shows the amount your system has earnt for you through Grid Services since the 1st of January. Around the middle of the month we transfer your monthly earnings directly into your bank account (as long as the amount is above our £3 threshold)
Your battery status is letting you know whether your battery is performing well, performing Grid Services or has a fault. You can view the meaning of each colour, you can use the i icon.
Last updated shows you when the data was last updated. If this is not a recent date and time then your system may be disconnected. Please see the following article here.
Today's data. In our previous app, we showed you instant monitoring of your system. Whilst interesting, this wasn’t truly indicative of what your system was doing. We now show how energy has flowed through your system since midnight on the day you are looking at your app. You can than pull the screen down, to update these figures and see if you're currently generating, exporting or consuming your energy.
The savings & costs section allows you to see how your system has saved you money over certain dates. You simply choose a day or multiple dates, to view a period, click show savings button and it will show you how your system has performed in the selected period.
Your dashboard shows your current electricity rates - if we do not have access to your tariff then these will be based on Ofgem's current price cap. We will be contacting you soon about how you can update these.
There is a graph showing your Energy statistics - import, export, generated and consumed.
