We will use best endeavours to follow your battery preferences.
Please note the speed of charge or discharge can depend on the health and temperature of your battery.
Your schedule may take up to 24 hours to be implemented.
Mode changes may take up to 5 minutes to initiate.
Modes
Please add the periods you would like your battery to operate in each mode. We will use best endeavours to follow your battery preferences.
Charge – Your battery will charge from the grid and your generation.
Discharge – Your battery will export to the grid and power your household.
Idle – Your battery will remain inactive during this period.
Self-consumption – Your battery will charge with excess generation and power your household load. Any time-of-use tariff periods will be ignored. You may earn less from Flexibility in this mode (if you have opted in to Flexibility).
Optimised - This operating mode is used for periods where a schedule is not set. Time-of-use tariff periods will be considered. Your battery will charge with excess generation and we will optimise your battery and utilise it for Flexibility services where possible (if you have opted in to Flexibility).
