Introduction
When troubleshooting problems with the Social Energy/Levelise Hub, you may be asked to access the Status Page of the Hub.
The Status Page gives us information that can help diagnose the root cause of the issue.
Requirements
Laptop or MacBook
A cable to connect your laptop/MacBook to the Social Energy Hub USB type-A port. You may already have a suitable male to male USB type-A cable - your installer may have left one near your battery. If not, you can purchase one:

Other brands and cable lengths are available from various retailers.
Process
- Attach the USB cable to the USB port underneath the Social Energy Hub.
- Attach the other end to your laptop.
- Navigate the browser to: http://192.168.7.2:8080/status.html if using a windows machine or http://192.168.6.2:8080/status.html if using a mac. Please make sure you enter http:// and not https://
- You may need to wait a few moments for the page to load.
